Such things that I do see

Such things that I do see with meticulous care
my beautiful daughter
my glimmering gem and symbol of hope
How scarce was my life without limitless awareness of the world in which I inhibited?
Vast sightings spotted with a narrow venture
sealed lips embraced in eclipsing light
As far as I go with air lifting flight
stand in the highest peak and gaze at the sight
more or less was the balancing plight
Of whom which I've implored as more sound than right.
Sun-bathed glorious as you are, let me render my spirits free and protect you once more
my sweet cherub be.
There too, will come a time
where you will see
that art of mine
dressed up
cautiously
as an ornament
hung by its lamented spirit
and struck down
By a crazed and feeble tidbit
love, sing, and cry
for those things that matter
and dont lose sight
I'll be there to hold the ladder
